We do cutting edge research on applied problems at the individual, group and organization level.  We are committed to helping managers and executives improve not only  their own performance but the effectiveness of those with whom they work and their organizations. We bring our research and work with organizations into the classroom to help students, managers and executives develop their leadership capabilities.
