Having a good strategy is important, but translating strategy into action is what makes an organization successful. Operations is the discipline that’s about getting things done through process, data-driven decision-making, and coordination of people, technology and materials. We want you to leave the School of Management with the ability to bring efficiency and effectiveness to any process in any organization.
