Emphasis on Outcomes

The Feld Career Center (FCC) is the connection point between students and employers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. That’s why, even in this year’s difficult employment climate, our 2011 Full-Time MBA Class reported a 87% employment rate.

MBA Report: Anatomy of a Job Search: Getting Started.

MBA Report: Anatomy of a Job Search: Getting Started. In this issue of Boston University's MBA Report, series host Alyson Blume interviews MBA students, faculty, and recruiters about how to launch a job search.

The FCC offers many programs and services to help students determine their career paths, devise job search strategies, deliver strong interviews, negotiate their best offers, and collaborate with student clubs and faculty in the unique Career Community. This module-based, two-year program serves as an invaluable resource for success to analyze and manage their professional growth throughout their careers. In addition, all first year MBA students will participate in a class (ES 740 Career Management) to round out their skills development.

Over the past five years, our employment rate has been among the nation’s best. In tough economic times, recruiters are more selective. That’s why they keep coming back to the School of Management.
