The MBA-Level Candidate-Driven Search

Your career consultant will help you identify your core competencies and coach you to become market-ready for informational interviews and the kind of networking that leads to offers. You’ll partner with your career consultant throughout your time at SMG to continuously refine objectives, identify the right fit, and balance your search in parallel with your academic obligations. The School’s alumni are an invaluable resource in this process.

Our philosophy of building trusted relationships extends to our partner employers through our Corporate Relations team. The team brings many high-profile employers to the School, who specifically recruit our MBA candidates for leadership development programs and finance, marketing, strategy, and consulting roles.
