During Pre-Core in August, you’ll meet your career consultant and participate in the introductory MBA CareerLaunch class. This is where you’ll begin to develop the market readiness skills that are the basis for lifelong career development.

The FCC team has significant corporate, non-profit, and entrepreneurial experience, and close relationships with employer partners that help align our career coaching with what employers want.

MBA CareerLaunch

MBA CareerLaunch is our market readiness skill-building course. Students identify and position their skills, discover the hidden job market, learn about the recruiting process, and receive an introduction to conducting a successful internship and job search. This pass/fail course is required for all incoming Two-Year MBA, MS·MBA, and dual-degree students.

We’re proud that our prominent alumni take an active role in the School and participate in informational interviews and networking events. They return to campus regularly for speaking engagements, classroom visits, and to judge our case competitions.

Clubs & Organizations

Student clubs & organizations are an important resource for your career launch and professional development. Club activities include guest speakers, treks to employer sites, and case competition teams.
