Why Should I Partner? 

The FCC Partners Program is designed to maximize your recruiting experience at the Boston University School of Management. This unique partnership program provides you with more opportunities to connect and build relationships with our highly talented and diverse MBA and Undergraduate students. As a Partner, you will receive preferred recruiting benefits, premium campus visibility, and exclusive opportunities to reach our students through faculty and staff connections. Your financial support is integral in allowing us to develop and implement innovative career management programs and services to ensure our students’ success.

What Services Will Be Provided? 

The FCC Partners Program offers you a year-round presence on campus to build your brand and attract high-caliber students who meet your recruiting needs. The benefits offered through this partnership have been packaged to enrich your on-campus recruiting experience.  We are confident that the services outlined on the next page will take your recruiting effectiveness at Boston University to the next level.

In addition to services we give to all of our employers, we also offer a variety of partnership levels. Our additional services will allow you to enhance your brand on campus, provide more and creative engagement opportunities with students, participate in FCC strategy development, and interact with faculty. All partnership options are for a period of one year and are accepted on a rolling 12-month basis.

Partnership Levels

STANDARD PARTNER – NO FINANCIAL OBLIGATION

Assigned employer relations manager, free postings on SMG job boards, mock interview participation, guest blogger on FCC blog, job posting assistance, information sessions, a premier on-campus recruiting experience, and customized recruiting strategy.

BRONZE PARTNER – $2000

Standard Partner services plus: attend FCC hosted partners retreat, complimentary SMG career fair registration, company logo on website, first right of refusal (FROR) for club speaking opportunities requested through the FCC, logo on corridor wall art, FROR to host student treks, FROR to host employer facilitated workshops, video testimonial opportunity, $250 catering credit, 1/4 page ad in career fair programs, preferred interview dates via third wave request period.

SILVER PARTNER – $5000

Standard and Bronze Partner services plus: admission to MBA pre-term Red Sox networking event, featured sponsor on FCC job boards, FROR of classroom speaking opportunities requested through the FCC, company logo on LCD displays throughout SMG, invitation to dean and faculty reception, $500 catering credit, 1/2 page ad in career fair programs, preferred career fair location, preferred interview dates via second wave request period.

GOLD PARTNER – $10,000

Standard, Bronze, and Silver Partner services plus: position on Employer Advisory Group, partner VIP dinner with students, company spotlight week,  $2000 catering credit, full page ad in career fair programs, prime career fair location, preferred parking for career fair, preferred interview dates via first wave request period.
