What Makes SMG Grads Different

They understand Management as a System

Boston University School of Management produces strategic thinkers who recognize the impact of decisions beyond their functional silos, and who can develop holistic business solutions rather than one-dimensional academic ones.

They're tech-savvy

With the introduction of our MS·MBA dual degree, our students learn to think analytically, conceptually, theoretically, and decisively about technology. Students in all our programs learn in the School's world-class Hariri Building—constructed to be the highest-tech facility for management education on the globe.

They're team players, not group workers

At BU School of Management, students are taught core business skills within a cross-disciplinary, collaborative, team approach, supported by the School's unique Center for Team Learning and its influence on the curriculum.

They're exposed to diverse perspectives

Boston University has one of the largest international student populations in the United States, and School of Management students come from a wide range of professional backgrounds. Such cultural and experiential variety enhances classroom discussions, exposes students to multiple leadership and learning strategies, and teaches our graduates the importance of cultural differences in modern business decision-making.
