How To Post Positions

The Feld Career Center uses MiTRAC, an online career management system, to make the recruiting process easier for you. This secure system is available, free of charge, 24 hours a day allowing you to make changes and view the most up-to-date career information at your convenience.

With MiTRAC you can:

• Post both internships and fulltime jobs for undergraduates, graduates, and alumni
• View resume books
• Track applicants
• Register for Career Fair
• Create a personal profile
• View interview schedules

Logging into MiTRAC

To post a job or internship or to access our resume books, access MiTRAC and read the instructions below.

First-time Employers:

To register with MiTRAC:

• Go to MiTRAC

• Click on the "register" tab

• Complete and submit the registration form. Our office will review your registration within 48 hours. Once you are approved, you will receive an email with your username and password.

*Please note: You will need to select the services that you would like to use, under "Services Requested"

Current Users:

• Go to MiTRAC and login (your username is your email address; if you have forgotten your password, click on the “forgot my password” tab and a new password will be emailed to you)
