Federal regulations do not permit a student to borrow more than total cost of education. If you have extenuating circumstances that warrant consideration, please consult the Graduate Programs Office.

Massachusetts law requires all students who are carrying 75 percent of the full-time curriculum to have medical insurance. Students who cannot demonstrate coverage under a qualifying medical insurance plan must purchase the University's student health insurance plan. The cost of medical insurance for the 2006-2007 academic year is $1,288.
