Message from the Faculty Director

Susan Samuelson, EMBA Faculty Director"The Executive MBA Core Faculty, a relatively small group, has been selected based on their proven abilities to be both innovative and integrative in the way they deal with management education. Taking full responsibility for the development and implementation of key components of the curriculum, core faculty work closely with one another and with other teaching faculty to ensure continuity, as well as provide direction and support. As a result of ongoing faculty interaction and teamwork, students experience a highly integrated curriculum. Through teamwork, classroom discussions, and individual reflection through journals and written assignments—they learn new frameworks, skills, and competencies that enhance their effectiveness in rapidly changing and complex environments."

left-quote The true differentiation of this EMBA program is in the leadership and team learning. BU's program provides a substantially different approach to a mid-career MBA by employing an insightful, robust, collaborative approach to learn more about yourself, your leadership style and how you work with others.

The relationships I formed with the faculty, friends, and colleagues in my class and with other EMBA grads will continue to inspire and motivate me the rest of my life. right-quote
