Operations & Technology Management

Our mission is to contribute to the development of operations and technology management theory through our research and to enhance its practice through our publications and curricula. We aspire to create new ideas and expand the boundaries of knowledge in our field through cutting-edge research, to be recognized as a first-class research department with regular publication in the most highly regarded academic journals, and to be leaders in the development and delivery of innovative curricula for students and practitioners. We strive to help the students in our programs develop capabilities in operations and technology management that will enable them to enhance their organizations’ efficiency and effectiveness.
