Student Life
Beyond the Classroom
The School of Management offers social, educational, professional, and leadership opportunities through graduate school organizations and research centers.
If you don’t see an outlet for an interest you would like to pursue, you have the opportunity to establish one yourself. Two of the School's most vibrant student organizations, the Latin American MBA Association and the Symposium Organizing Committee, were created in just this way.
Regular and special events also provide chances to kick back and socialize. The monthly “Cheers with Professors” lets graduate students and faculty enjoy the variety of local brews at nearby sites. At the annual MBA Spring Gala, students put away their books for a night of formal dress and dancing. Other activities include ski trips, MBA golf tournaments, dinner cruises, and more.
You also have access to all the resources that Boston University offers, such as the dazzling new Fitness and Recreation Center. Learn more about BU’s facilities at the Boston University website.
And of course, just a few steps off campus lies the educational and cultural promise of life in Boston.
